In order to understand what conversation about inauguration on social media in the United States regarding cities, ethnicity, age, data was collected from Crimson Hexagon from January 19 to January 20, 2017. First, regarding the cities for the conversation of inauguration, surprisingly the results showed people from New York city (15.77%) had highest rate for this topic conversation rather than Washington, D.C. (8.74%), followed by Los Angeles (6.34%), Chicago (3.58%), and Atlanta (3.40%).
Second, regarding the ethnicity for the conversation of inauguration, the results showed that White, non-Hispanic people (68.17%) have the highest rate of conversation from January 19 to January 20, 2017, followed by Black, non-Hispanic (14.85%), Asian (12.51%), and Hispanic (4.46%).
Third, regarding the conversation of inauguration in terms of age, people with age 35 and above (67%) have the highest percentage for the conversation of inauguration from January 19 to January 20, 2017, followed by 18-24 age people (13%), age 17 and below people (11%), and 25-34 age people (10%).
