To promote their upcoming action packed commercial starring Jason Statham and Gal Gadot, Wix.com started a contest consisting of the participant watching the commercial and then posting a template tweet about what they think should Felix, the Wix user in the commercial, pursue for his new business adventure.
With the promise of new smartphones to the 10 most creative ideas, the conversation on twitter about Wix rose from 120 post on the 30th to 2,212 posts of the 31st the first day of the contest, with over 65% of the English posts about Wix being the contest tweet. This increase in posts, however, was short lived with the total conversation falling to 954 posts on the 1st, 401 posts on the 2nd, and a mere 196 posts on 3rd.
